Soft and silky red with notes of cherry, vanilla, plum, jam and blackberries, this medium to full-bodied wine has soft tannins and a tobacco and cocoa finish. One of the more popular varietals, this wine can be served with a variety of dishes, including pastas, cheese fondues and lighter cuts of meat. Aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months. BC VQA.
