Easter Dinner Bundle

These wines were chosen because they are showing and tasting phenomenal. It is rare to have an opportunity to taste wines at their peak development as they are often drunk young. At Gold Hill, we produce wines to age and show better with time. These three wines are an excellent example of how time benefits wine flavour development.

Our first wine, 2022 Charisma Pinot Gris This fresh, fruity and delicate Pinot Gris is made with fruit sourced from our Oliver Mirror Lake Vineyard. Formed from glacial melt, this kettle lake stays cool in the heat of our Oliver summers, with passing breezes causing evaporative cooling. The resulting charming wine has flavours and aromas from ripe orchard fruits of apple and pear, with an underlying graham crust and creamy flan. Easy-drinking to enjoy on its own on the patio or paired with fresh tapas.

Our second wine, 2021 Cab Franc Rose is rich in flavour, yet fresh, with lots of texture. This wine is perfect, with Easter around the corner it will pair beautifully with roast white meats like turkey and duck.

Our third wine, 2022 Pinot Noir Sourced from our Lake Bluff vineyard in West Kelowna, this Pinot Noir is fresh and juicy, with vibrant expression. The wine has lifted aromas of Okanagan cherry and mushroom with flavours of cherry, forest floor, and red raspberry. This wine represents the terroir of our Lake Bluff vineyard and expresses cool-climate pinot noir characteristics perfectly.
